As Vice President of Finance & Accounting for MANDIANT, Danielle has responsibility for managing all company operations related to finance, accounting and property management.

Danielle has nearly 20 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, reporting and assistance with debt and equity transactions.

Prior to joining MANDIANT, she was the Chief Financial Officer at Momentum Systems, Inc a U.S. government contractor recently acquired by Open Text Corporation. In this capacity, she had overall responsibility for both the financial and human resource functions. During her tenure, she implemented a new financial system, overhauled the company’s corporate benefits program, and implemented a performance management system.

Danielle has significant experience in design and implementation of financial systems and process re-engineering with both start-up and Fortune 500 Companies, including Network Solutions (formerly a part of VeriSign), Sybase, Inc. and Xerox Corporation.

A Certified Public Accountant, Danielle holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics (with honors) from the State University of New York – Binghamton and a Masters in Business Administration from The University of Michigan.
