SUMMARY OF JOB DESCRIPTION

Mandiant is seeking highly qualified individuals to help expand its sales organization. Successful candidates will be expected to meet individual and regional revenue goals by creating new customers and prospecting within Mandiant’s broad services client base.
The Inside Sales Representative will drive lead generation for Mandiant, focusing on acquisition of new accounts. The ISR will pursue and qualify inbound leads and conduct outbound call activities for all of Mandiant's business lines within North America.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Make daily outbound cold calls to prospects ranging from the Fortune 1000 to mid-size companies
• Follow-up on inbound leads generated by various marketing activities
• Find & create new opportunities each week
• Probe prospects to uncover needs, handle objections, and advance the sales process
• Present products and services using a consultative selling approach
• Deliver accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly goal attainment reports
• Work with the marketing team to implement integrated outbound sales & marketing campaigns
• Work closely with sales representatives and sales engineers
• Conduct research to gather company information and create new leads
• Update and maintain the sales customer relationship management system
QUALIFICATIONS
• 2+ years sales experience with enterprise software solutions
• Background using salesforce.com
• Demonstrated success in pursuing and closing deals
• Consistent achievement of activity quota and revenue goals
• Solid understanding of B2B sales and the lead generation process
• Highly motivated, bright, self-starter with results-driven sales oriented attitude
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Highly disciplined with excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated success in generating qualified leads for enterprise software solutions
• Strong computing skills using MS Office and other productivity applications
