MANDIANT Corporation, a leading provider of information security solutions and services today announced that it has joined the McAfee® Security Innovation Alliance™ (SIA) partner program. Under the McAfee SIA program, MANDIANT will integrate its MANDIANT Intelligent Response® (MIR) with McAfee ePolicy Orchestrator® (ePO™) software.
This integration will allow McAfee ePO software to deploy, update, and report on the MIR Agent which gathers electronic evidence to support incident response, electronic discovery and corporate investigations. This helps answer questions like: Have you been breached? What data must be provided in response to a subpoena? Were trade secrets stolen? Knowing the answer quickly lets an organization manage the flow of information on its own terms — both internally and externally.
