MANDIANT, an elite provider of incident response management services and solutions, announced today that they will participate on the “Rootkits: Beyond Good and Evil” panel next week at the RSA Conference 2007 in San Francisco, California.
James “Jamie” Butler, Principal Software Engineer at Mandiant, will participate in the panel discussion on Tuesday, February 6, at 1:30 pm. Mr. Butler is an expert in the area of rootkit technology and the co-author of “Rootkits: Subverting the Windows Kernel.” (Addison-Wesley, 2006).
