MANDIANT, an elite provider of incident response management services and solutions, announced today that its President and CEO, Kevin Mandia, will discuss the latest security threats and trends in a “State of the Hack” session at this year’s SecTor Security Conference.

The “State of the Hack” session will take place on Tuesday, November 20 at 4:30 p.m. ET. During this presentation, Mandia will present case studies that describe recent computer security incidents including the impacts and challenges each organization faced. Mandia will also demonstrate the state-of-the-art methods being used to respond to these incidents, and address emerging trends and technologies that offer strategic approaches to minimizing security risks and liabilities in the information age.

Kevin Mandia, MANDIANT President and CEO, is an internationally recognized expert in the field of information security. Over the course of his fifteen years in the industry, Kevin has responded to hundreds of incidents in both the public and private sectors. He is a frequent speaker and instructor, having presented at numerous industry conferences including Black Hat and Interop. He has also appeared on CNN, NBC News and Fox News.
