October 4, 2021 marks a significant milestone for Mandiant. Our corporate name change from FireEye, Inc. to Mandiant, Inc. Those of you who follow the Nasdaq will notice our common stock ticker symbol will change at the opening of trading on October 5, 2021 to MNDT.

Although we are celebrating the rebrand with fresh creative applied to our branding and logo, one thing that remains the same is our commitment to proactively protect organizations from threats and provide the support they need to be confident in their readiness. Post deal close, the FireEye Products business is expected to be a standalone entity within the Symphony Technology Group (STG) portfolio. Mandiant will continue to offer dynamic cyber defense solutions, delivered though the Mandiant Advantage SaaS platform to customers worldwide.
