Jurgen has over 18 years of experience in the information security industry with a broad range of security consulting services including incident response, proactive and strategic services, as well as application and network security.  Prior to Mandiant, Jurgen was the Managing Director at Verizon Business, managing the professional security services threat and vulnerability practice. Before Verizon Business had acquired Cybertrust, he was heavily involved in the designing and deploying of their managed security solutions. Jurgen holds a master’s degree in computer software engineering and a bachelor’s degree in computer science from Vrije Universiteit Brussel.
