Frank has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer since February 2017 and as Chief Accounting Officer since August 2016. He held a number of other leadership positions in the FireEye finance organization since joining the company in 2012, including Senior Vice President of Finance. Prior to FireEye, Frank was Chief Financial Officer at Apptera, iPass and Impact Hire, and he also held senior positions at Interlink Computer Sciences and Coopers & Lybrand LLP. Frank earned a B.S. in business administration from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo.

Peter serves as the Company’s Executive Vice President, Mandiant. Peter joined FireEye as Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy and Planning in December 2019 prior to the 2021 divestiture. Peter previously served as President and CEO of Vertical Communications from 2011 to 2019, held other senior positions at Vertical Communications since joining in 2004. He remains a member of the board of directors of Vertical Communications. Peter earned a B.A. in English from Princeton University.

As Executive Vice President, Sandra oversees intelligence collection, research, analysis, publication and services for the Mandiant security product portfolio. Sandra also oversees government relations and public policy development. Her background includes positions in intelligence research, product management, and business development over the course of over 24 years in both national security and commercial industries. As a Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Air Force Reserve, Sandra serves as a faculty member at the National Intelligence University.  Sandra is currently pursuing her PhD at Johns Hopkins SAIS and holds an MBA at MIT.  She holds four additional master’s degrees in cyber-policy, international affairs, science and technology intelligence, and military operational art and science. Sandra speaks English, Spanish and German and lives in Virginia.

Vikram is EVP and CMO, responsible for all Mandiant marketing activities, including strategy, messaging, customer engagement, product positioning and branding. Vikram has over 20 years of experience across the security, cloud, networking, and software industries. He has held senior global leadership roles in product and marketing at Riverbed, Symphony Teleca, Virtana, Hewlett Packard and, most recently, digital security provider Entrust Corp. As VP of Digital Marketing and Operations for Entrust, Vikram was responsible for brand, digital marketing strategy, and execution of planning, analytics, marketing operations, and demand generation. Vikram holds a master’s degree in Computer Engineering from Wayne State University and a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering from Annamalai University.
