Bio
Heading up the FireEye legal, stock administration, government affairs and privacy teams, Alexa is Executive Vice President, Corporate and Legal Affairs as well as our General Counsel. Before FireEye, Alexa was Vice President, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary of Aruba Networks, Inc., a provider of enterprise wireless networks. Her early career included working at Siebel Systems, and practicing law at Fenwick & West. Alexa has served on the board of directors of Vocera Communications, Inc. since July 2016, where she chairs the Nominating & Corporate Governance Committee and is a member of the Compensation Committee. Alexa graduated magna cum laude from Harvard College with a degree in Eastern European Studies and received her J.D. from the UC Berkeley School of Law, where she was named to the Order of the Coif. She is a frequent speaker on cybersecurity as well as on gender and diversity in the executive suite and corporate boardroom.

Chris is the Chief Product Officer of Mandiant and prior to that he was the co-Founder of Verodin, acquired by FireEye in May 2019. When founding Verodin, Chris set out to introduce a new era of effectiveness, validation, and transparency to the cyber security industry - one that’s rooted in evidence and overcoming assumptions. The result is Verodin Security Instrumentation Platform (SIP), a security effectiveness platform that provides people the information needed to know if their security is working every day. His over 20 years of strategic and technical experience across cybersecurity, network engineering and software design has informed this latest venture. Previously, Chris was Chief Architect of Network Products at ArcSight (HP), a global leader in cybersecurity software solutions, where he continued to develop the incident response and network automation product line that was acquired from ENIRA Technologies, a company he founded in 2003.
