Abstract:
2023 will see businesses prepare for and comply with new Canadian legal requirements for cybersecurity, such as Bill C-26, C-27 and the Office of Superintendent of Financial Institution’s B13 Guidelines, which will respectively apply to critical infrastructures, customer data privacy and financial services.
Compliance with these requirements is critical while the amount of time allowed to organizations to implement is relatively short. Organizations will have to demonstrate compliance.
