In anticipation of President Obama’s State of the Union address tonight, where he is believed to discuss an upcoming cybersecurity executive order due to recent targeted attacks on financial institutions and energy companies, Mandiant’s Chief Security Officer, Richard Bejtlich sat down with Chief Executive Officer of Pondera International, Kristen Verderame. Kristen is a recognized leader in domestic and international cybersecurity policy.

Throughout the podcast, Kristen discusses why she believes cybersecurity legislation is needed, why there needs to be laws in place as opposed to executive orders, and what this proposed executive order means for compliance officers and the C-suite.
